For example, we can send the wrong book or the wrong product from the publisher/brand without checking. In that case, Ejanani has the benefit of return, so the relationship between Ejanani and the customer's trust remains intact. Through return, the customer will be able to get the fresh product by sending it back to the Ejanani if there is any problem with the product.

# Which defects will be acceptable in case of a defective product?

# Within how many days can customers return the product?
If there is any defect in the product, this should be reported in the ejanani with details within 3 days of receiving it. After 3 days, the Ejanani will not be obliged to return.
# How soon will the customer receive the new product?
Delivery will be arranged within 7-10 days after checking whether there is any defect in the product. The customer will be contacted on behalf of ejanani in case of any need.
# How many days will the customer get a refund after returning the defective product?
In case of pre-payment, the book will be refunded within 10 working days of returning the product.
